An American Murder Mystery DVD Review

True crime is a subject most people are interested in. From books, to documentaries, even feature films based in different cases us a subject that draws huge interest. 

Investigation Discovery ran a series of episodes that have been collected into this 3 disc DVD set. Unfortunately no extras were included but it's a fascinating series non the less. It covers the true crime cases of Casey Anthony, Scott Peterson, JonBenét Ramsey, Jodi Arias, Chandra Levy, and Natalie Wood.

Each episode goes in-depth with news footage, interviews and of course speculation. It's very well made and comes across very slick. Much better than you would see on say Unsolved Mysteries or other standard television fair.

Sadly as I mentioned there is no extra anything. So if you watched these when they aired you have already seen everything. If your a crime buff they do have rewatch value. Now if you didn't watch these when they aired then this is a must buy set.

Well made, interesting, and very thought compelling this is a high quality set of true crime specials. And at a low suggested price if 19.99 it is a lot for your money. Definitely worth picking up.
