High school can be a very scary and violent place. Because if that fact it's no wonder that there have been countless film with the high school setting. Some feature the new teacher or principal cleaning up the school but others are much darker, or just more violent, basically an exploitation film with a high school setting. So here in my opinion are the top 5 High School Exploitation Movies
5) Tuf Turff: Morgan Hiller (Spader) is an intelligent and tough teenager from Connecticut who relocates to Los Angeles with his strict mother and his father after his father's business goes under. Trouble ensues when Morgan pursues bad girl Frankie Croyden (Richards), whose sociopathic and psychopathic boyfriend Nick Hauser (Mones) is the leader of a local gang who had a run in with Morgan during an attempted mugging of a businessman. Morgan soon finds pursuing Frankie comes with harsh consequences
4) Crow's Zero: A transfer student attempts to take over the most violent high school in the country, whose students form factions and battle each other for power. Mentored by a yakuza, he strives for what has never been achieved: unification of the school
3) 3:15: A tough teen, Jeff (Adam Baldwin) used to be involved with a local gang, the Cobras. Tired of the violence and drugs, Jeff is through with gang life, but when members of his old crew take over the high school, he must decide whether to take on his former buddies or let them run wild. When the Cobras harm Jeff's girlfriend, Sherry (Deborah Foreman), however, his choice is clear, and he sets out to confront the gang's leader after the school bell rings.
2) Class of 1984: There's something strange going on at the graffiti-covered Lincoln High, as teachers are carrying loaded guns, and the students have to walk through a metal detector before they enter the classroom. Before long, the school's new music teacher, Andrew Norris, will learn firsthand that it's even worse than it looks, as the drug-plagued institution is the territory of the charismatic Peter Stegman and his brutal gang of crazed followers. Now, under those dire circumstances, it's only a matter of time before the professor and the pupil lock horns, with unforeseen consequences.
